Cancellation Policy

We do not overbook appointments to compensate for missed appointments. The time we set aside for your appointment is meant to be time with Dr. Jones. Of course we understand life happens, but we ask that you give us 48 hour notice of a cancellation. We reserve the right to charge $50 for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Insurance

All payments (including copays and deductibles) are due at the time of service. We make every effort to check if you are in network before your appointment, but we can not guarantee your specific benefits and eligibility. It is the patient’s sole responsibility to inquire about all benefits (and payment) with the insurance company before your appointment. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions and concerns.

Parking

There is parking in the building entering on the Coral Street side. Feel free to pull a ticket and we will validate up to one hour of your visit unless there are special circumstances.
